Description:

Reaming shells (with double pads or three pads) are suitable to use in all formation conditions ranging from broken and abrasive to consolidated and non-abrasive. As this kind of reaming shell is physically longer than the standard type, it is necessary to use an appropriate inner tube extension in order to compensate for the difference in overall reaming shell length.

The reaming shell is mainly used to connect core barrel assembly with diamond drill bit, and it is lined with natural or synthetic diamond. It can clean drill holes and keep these holes clean.

Reamer is set with natural or synthetic diamond,and it is used to couple the dril bit with the core barrel. Its main function is to ream the hole to the correct comstant specific diameter which ensures adequate clearance for the core barrel and sufficient clearance for the new bit which replaces an old one.It also acts as a stabilizer for drill bit.

The matrix ring of PCD Reaming Shell is set with Polycrystalline Diamond. The Polycrystalline Diamond is produced from synthetic diamond sintered with bond under high temperature and high pressure; it has an impressive abrassion resistance and high thermal stability. The PCD reaming shell is suit for soft to hard rock formations.

It can also be used as a stabilizer for drill bit. Excellent technology and high quality makes this reaming shell capable of protecting diameters of drill bits from damaging.

Spiral design is used for the reaming shell, and it has good water passing and powder discharging capacity. And it can be used in the drilling of various strata.
